TerraViva invites architects worldwide to submit innovative reuse designs for the “Youth Union Summer Retreat” building in Ohrid 📍

The focus of the competition is to revitalize this modern heritage, which has been left unused for over 20 years.

The competition seeks designs for a Nautical & Social Club open to both the local community and seasonal tourists. The main challenge is described as: ‘’to envision how this 70+ years old structure could serve the needs of a contemporary vibrant lake-club.’’
