How do I receive points?
When you purchase a subscription product, points will be instantly added to your rewards account. As long as your subscription remains active, you’ll continue to receive the same amount of points every month.
To access your rewards account, click the Rewards button located in the bottom-right corner of Toffu.co. Make sure you’re logged in!
How can I use my points?
You can redeem your points for discounts that can be applied to the Monthly Asset Library. To redeem your points:
Click the Rewards button in the bottom-right corner of Toffu.co (make sure you’re logged in).
Select Redeem Points → Points for Discount and choose the amount you’d like to apply.
How does the 15% discount on all assets work?
The 15% discount is automatically applied at checkout. Just make sure you're logged into your account when purchasing.
How can I access my store credit?
When you purchase an annual subscription, you’ll receive either $20 or $50 in store credit, depending on your plan. To view and use your store credit:
Click the Account icon on Toffu.co and log in.
Click on Check Store Credit in the pop-up on the left.
If you have available credit, it will appear during checkout, and you can activate it to apply to your purchase.
How can I cancel/edit my Subscription?
To cancel your subscription click on the profile page icon and select the Subscription tab from the pop-up on the left.
