- A Member’s violation of the Agreement may result in suspension or cancellation of their membership.
- Users may terminate by ceasing to use the Website and Services.
- Upon termination, all rights granted to Users under this Agreement will cease immediately.
- Termination does not affect Toffu's rights to pursue legal remedies.
- Products are available either for a fee or free of charge.
- Digital products are delivered instantly; therefore, purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances, including membership or Agreement termination.
- Payment data is processed by third-party payment providers. Toffu does not store payment details.
- Promotions may have separate rules; Users are responsible for reviewing them.
- Toffu reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information.
Shipping & Digital Download Policy
- All products on our website are 100% digital and available for instant download. No physical items will be shipped.
- Once your purchase is complete, your digital files will be immediately available for download through your account. You’ll also receive a confirmation email with a link to access your downloads at any time.
- Processing Time:
There is no processing or shipping delay—downloads are available instantly after payment is confirmed. - Access Duration:

Users agree to indemnify Toffu and its affiliates against any claims or damages arising from:

- Violation of any third party's rights.

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Toffu.co Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by Toffu, CO. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Eligibility
1.1 You must be at least 18 years old to join the Program.
1.2 Participation is open worldwide, except where prohibited by law.
1.3 We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
1.4 You may not participate if your website, platform, or promotional content contains illegal, hateful, defamatory, or adult material.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1 You agree to promote Toffu.co honestly and in compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-spam, data protection, and advertising regulations.
2.2 You must not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about our products, services, or company.
2.3 You may not engage in the following prohibited practices:
- Generating clicks or sales through fraudulent, automated, or misleading means.
- Using stolen credit cards or enabling transactions from compromised payment sources.
- Engaging in “cookie stuffing” or any unauthorized tracking manipulation.
- Bidding on our brand name or domain in paid advertising without written permission.
- Misrepresenting your relationship with Toffu.co.
3. Commission & Payments
3.1 Standard commission rate is 15% of the net sale amount for each qualified purchase made via your unique affiliate link.
3.2 A “qualified purchase” is a successfully completed and fully paid order that has not been refunded, disputed, or flagged for fraud.
3.3 Commissions are calculated monthly and paid if your balance meets the minimum payout threshold of USD $100.
3.4 Payments are made via [Wise/bank transfer] and may require you to provide legal identification and payment details before processing.
3.5 All transaction fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the affiliate.
4. Fraud & Abuse Policy
4.1 We actively monitor affiliate activity for fraud, abuse, and suspicious behavior.
4.2 If we determine, at our sole discretion, that transactions are generated through fraud, theft (including use of stolen credit cards), manipulation, or any prohibited means, we reserve the right to:

Withhold and cancel unpaid commissions related to suspicious activity.

Immediately terminate your affiliate account without notice.

Pursue legal action and recover damages.
4.3 We cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in investigating fraud or abuse.
4.4 Our decision regarding fraudulent or abusive activity is final and binding.
5. Tracking & Reporting
5.1 We use 3rd party tracking systems to record and validate referred sales.
5.2 In the event of tracking discrepancies, our data will prevail.
5.3 We are not responsible for tracking issues caused by ad blockers, cookie deletion, or other user-side interference.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 You may use our trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for promoting Toffu.co in compliance with our brand guidelines.
6.2 You may not alter, misuse, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without written consent.
7. Termination
7.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause.
7.2 Upon termination, you must immediately remove all affiliate links, banners, and promotional materials.
7.3 Any unpaid commissions below the threshold at termination will be forfeited.
7.4 If terminated for fraud or breach of terms, all pending commissions will be canceled.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
8.2 Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the preceding three (3) months.
9. Modifications
9.1 We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
9.2 Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [NJ/USA]. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [New Jersey/USA].
